Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 1–7 days of delivery.
• Books must be unused, unread, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged book
• A defective item
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable.
